I have always believed that languages are a window, allowing us a glimpse into other people’s lives, knowing and respecting them. This thought gave rise to my passion for the art of communication through coaching.

For the last 24 years I have been in the people business – teaching, coaching, mentoring, and training individuals. One highlight from my professional journey was being chosen as one of 60 people to be trained as an Agile Coach at JP Morgan Chase in 2018. As the bank was on its 4th transformation to evolving itself into an Agile Organization, I was tasked with supporting more than 35 teams. My focus was to empower people to adopt the appropriate frameworks, create better workflows and increase quality and value to customers.

My path took me to Germany in 2020 where I have continued to grow my coaching and leadership skills at the Bavarian Broadcast Company (BR), Audi Business Innovation and pub. (a daughter affiliate of the BR) and more recently, Alliance. Here I am coaching various Leaders, product teams and Scrum Masters where the focus was more than improving delivery and time-to-market, but also on establishing a culture of psychological safety and trust.

Today I am an accomplished WOMEN IN BUSINESS & AGILE coach (iPEC triple certified) who uses Core Energy Coaching™ and Positive Psychology, to support and help Business Professionals from entry level to Executives to embrace their true selves as leaders, pursue their unique paths and maximize their personal and professional growth.
